Requirements:
Min 3 years logistics experience
Must possess excellent English language skills (written/oral), computer literate and experience in WMS.
Team player, flexibility, strong work ethics and ability to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Expedites and coordinates supplier deliveries to the warehouse.
Oversees the warehouse service provider’s staff as they download deliveries.
Perform quality control to ensure that specification and quantities of materials match the PO and the delivery note.
Reports any discrepancies or damage of delivered goods.
Quarantine any shipments that have discrepancies or damage.
Track all deliveries into the warehouse in the WMS.
Coordinate/oversee any repackaging requirement.
Ensure all pallets are properly labeled and packing list attached.
Ensure pallets are staged and consolidated for shipping by destination site.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Freight Forwarder for loading of shipments.
Provide all related shipping documentation to the Freight Forwarder.
Track shipments to delivery to final destination.
Complete systems updates of in-transit and delivery status.
Comply with all company policies, and procedures.
Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication (Russian and English)
Strong knowledge of warehousing, freight forwarding, customs procedures
Fluency in business systems
Basic skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Intermediate coordination skills
Ability to work 50% of time in warehouse environment
