1. Develop current clients
2. Create a strong Clients’ portfolio for the Agency
3. Develop long term and profitable relationship with major Clients
4. Grow Clients’ Business ($) in the Agency
5. Grow Revenue with the planned agreed rate
6. Create productive and professional relationships with clients
7. Control Agency Business procedures (finance, creative, production) to ensure the effective operation of company
8. Ensure planned profits for the agency
9. Sustain and Develop strong Agency team

Key responsibilities:
1. Control Agency Billings, Revenue, Profits and Cash Flow
2. Win new business
3. Introduce new services to current and new Clients that will develop agency business and grow agency Billing
4. Manage the operations and administration of the office to achieve profitability, efficiency and maintain positive cash flow
5. Supervise the process of presentation preparation for Clients
6. Supervise cost estimations of projects and recommend staff on methods of minimization internal and external expenses
7. Ensure client satisfaction on all office accounts
8. Build a cohesive and loyal team to further the company’s mission, goals, philosophy and culture throughout the office

required skills:

1. an operational experience in BTL sphere not less than 3 years
2. experience of team management (at least of 6 people)
3. the operational experience in the international agencies is desirable
4. significant achievements on this item (development of business and a gain agency of lead position in the market of BTL or other marketing services)
5. profound knowledge BTL
6. knowledge of the computer at level of the advanced user
