Vacancy / Bank / CADD (Customer Acquisition Due Diligence) specialist
Place of work: Almaty

The primary responsibility of the CADD Specialist will be preparation and ensuring timely update of Customer Due Diligence (CADD) package
Specific tasks:
o Monitor and manage flow of CADD packages to adhere to internal deadlines
o Assist relationship and coverage teams globally in completion of the CADD package
o Research companies based on AML policies for possible negative information, SPF, and sanction issues (I.e. World Check, Internet Search, etc)
o Report any negative news, high risk and Senior Public Figures to AML Compliance department
o Liaison with internal departments including Relationship Team, Account Documentation Unit, AML Compliance
o Adhere to Bank and regulatory policies and procedures
Basic skills and/or knowledge needed including computer skills:
o 1 – 3 years experience in banking or finance (an advantage)
o Experience in control/risk or AML/KYC function (not a prerequisite)
o Strong research skills
o Strong computer skills
o Good organizational skills
o Pro-active, flexible, team player
o Excellent communication skills
o Good English

o Ability to multitask and prioritize
o Accuracy and strong attention to detail
o Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames
