Vacancy / Bank / Financial Control Specialist

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
* Financial Control / Chief Accountant
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervision of local reporting process;
* Supervision / analysis of daily calculated regulatory ratios;
* Negotiation with FSA/NBK on local issues;
* Back up for local reporting specialist and tax manager;
* Leading all the projects related to local reporting;
* Negotiation with external software providers;
* Other tasks set by the supervisor
BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Excellent technical skills (SQL, MS Access, Oracle, VBA, advanced Excel);
* Solid understanding of bank products;
* Excellent analytical skills;
* Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP concepts;
* Result oriented;
* Persistent/self motivated;
* Strong time management skills;
* Good interpersonal skills
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
• EXPERIENCE: 2-year experience in Local banking system as accountant/local reporting specialist/finance
• KNOWLEDGE: Fluent English, excellent knowledge of local regulations and accounting
• EDUCATION: Higher Economy/Banking/Accounting education
