Requirements:
Excellent knowledge and 5 years of experience with trade products
Trade products sales skills and 3 years of experience
Master degree in banking is an advantage
Excellent English
Good management/supervisory skills
Excellent selling, interpersonal skills
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
- Manage development of trade finance/services products, participate along with RMs and sales personnel in sales of these and existing trade products to customers, structuring trade transactions, and develop and maintain product programs.
- Interface with operations and other areas of the bank to ensure that products are developed and rolled out in compliance with corporate standards, and within existing/new operational capabilities.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-ordinate customer intelligence/requirements on trade product opportunities
- Develop trade product programs and roll these out to customers
- Activity participate in sales of trade products to customers
- Coordinate structuring trade transactions
- Keep abreast of regulations and trends relevant to trade products
- Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
